(More customer reviews)First this game is a workout but the extras you get with the Kinect are the great! It scans your body taking measurements and those along with the pre-test and some additional information you add (age, gender etc) it will create a workout for you. During the game it gives constant feedback on how well you're doing compared to the trainer and making sure your form is spot on (the most important part of the exercise!). It includes options for adding in a daily calorie intake as well. Overall a very well thought out "game" that gives instant feedback and a great workout.
