(More customer reviews)Just got this HDD and snapped it right in and powered up my 360 to find only 13.9 gigs of useable space, what the heck? If you can't use 20 gigs don't label it 20 gigs because I was expecting 20gigs.
I'm not looking to download a lot of stuff, really I just wanted more storage for game save and such so the missing 6gigs doesn't hurt me but if you want to download demos and movies do not get this drive. Spend the extra money and get a bigger one.
It works but I feel a little ripped off.
