(More customer reviews)We recently upgraded to an HD TV, so we were able to utilize the HDMI port on the back of the Xbox 360. As some of you may have found, the adapter for the composite cables with the optical audio port is too fat to fit with an HDMI cable plugged in. I did some research and was tempted to go to town on the composite adapter with my Dremel, but then found this adapter for a very cheap price. I picked up an optical cable at a local electronics store, plugged in and now I have true Dolby Digital surround with full 1080 (you will have to go into your Xbox system and update the settings to realize the full capability of the HDMI).
