(More customer reviews)Lets be clear, you won't be using this to play the drums in your night band. This is budget drum throne, build solidly enough to support adults, but not something that is high in comfort or performance.
It's a vinyl covered seat, with standard foam padding. You will find the same construction type in something like a bar stool you would buy from target.
My biggest complaint is slight wobble or give once assembled. This is a design issue as the throne allows you to swivel, but it's a basic bolt mechanism.
A real drum throne with comfort and smooth swivel will cost hundreds of dollars. But for only 3-4 songs at a time this Rock Throne gets the job done.
Just be sure to budget your expectations along with your wallet.
