Guitar Controller Bag Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this bag as a Christmas gift for someone who has Guitar Hero and I will just tell you that she "loves it" and is so happy with it. It has some features that some of the more expensive bags don't have like pockets etc.The price was right and I'm so glad I purchased it.

Rock Pack Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I thought they were the covers for the rock band drums but instead they are foam pads that stick to the drum pads. The drum stick are alot heavier than the wood stick that come with the rock band kit to start. For the most part they are great and they really add a great look to the Drums themselves.

Headset headphone for XBOX 360 XBOX360 LIVE with Microphone Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)This little gem is sounds great, all my friends say I sound crystal clear and so far has been standing up to all the abuse my big head has given it. For the price they are offering it is a steal and a half. Gamestop is selling used mics for $10. My only nit-pick is it's really tight for my big head so if any of you fellow big heads want this mic then do what I do. Over night leave it on an arm rest or something about the size of a head to keep it stretched out. Trust me it will make your ear feel much better. :)

Xbox 360 Game Holder Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)How much can you say about plastic xbox 360 game holders, they work great and fit nicely in my area I have made for my Xbox 360. I was suprised and happy to find out that when you place an order for these, you will get 2 game holders in 1 package, which means you can hold up to 20 games, 10 games each with each holder. Makes it much easier to find a particular game since they are standing up, and you can read the titles, then have them in stacks all over your entertainment center.

Universal Microphone Stand Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Okay, so this is a microphone stand. Plain and simple. The clips to hold controller are very useful, and the clip actually holds some older video game USB microphones, unlike other mic stands. The stand is made of plastic with mostly plastic connnections, which means that you can't get the adjustable parts as tight as you'd like. The main adjuster requires two hands on the lower part of the stand to tighten adequately, so if you go the wrong way, the mic will slide down and you'll have to reposition. If you want to hold the mic while you sing on the stand, it may slide down even when fully tightened. Also, the screw on the mic clip is loose, so expect to tighten it before you play with a Phillips head screwdriver. The clip is removable, so you could put it on a real mic stand if this one ever breaks. The major design flaw is that the controller clip for Xbox 360 does not let you hook up a plug and play charger to it while it's clipped on. So while I'd have loved to use this time to charge my batteries, I can't.
To sum it up: It's a cheap plastic stand with tightening issues, a great clip design for holding the microphone, and a controller clip that won't let you charge an Xbox 360 controller. If you can live with the above-stated problems, then you should be fine. I am satisfied, considering.

Rock Band Guitar Skin, Fits Xbox 360 / PS3 (Stratocaster Guitar) Union Jack Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I really enjoy the guitar skin. The design comes in enough pieces so that you can fit it with the contours. The only thing I would warn others about is that you should be very careful putting it on the guitar. The adhesive is very sticky so once it is on it will not go anywhere.

Xbox 360 Energizer Power and Play Charging System - Black Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I have had 2 plug in play charger batteries die. The controllers would still work, as long as they were plugged into the xbox. I have 3 plug n play charge cables, and 2 xboxs. The problem exists on em all, so I know the problem was in the batteries. After one charge on this my batteries will hold a full charge again!!! Just got this yesterday, if it turns out I made this review early I will edit this post. But as of 24 hours after receiving this I couldn't be happier. Plus I like star trek and this thing looks like it could go warp 11. HAHA (yeah I know, physically impossible. Way to ruin a great joke!!!)PS I saw a review saying the headset charger wasn't there. Well you may have accidentally thrown it away!!! It is a small piece that is optional, one end plugs into power cord and other end plugs into the base where the power cord would normally go. It is totally there, and good thing cause I bought a used wireless headset for $5 cause dude lost the charger. And it works just fine now. Its the whole reason I bought this.

Xbox 360 VGA HD AV Cable Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)The reason that I ended up buying the VGA cable was due to the fact that the component signal (both 720p and 1080i) is subject to overscan. This means that the screen "zooms in" slighty so that you are sure to see a complete picture with no black or static edges. This is a problem though with the Xbox 360 because it ends up cropping the image. For example, the HUD in GRAW is cutoff on the corners when using the component cables. This really bothered me so I gave the VGA a try and viola!
I can now go into the dashboard settings and specify 1360 x 768 which closely matches my LCD's native resolution of 1368 x 768. Thus, I am able to see the whole screen without any overscan/cropping. The only downside is that the overall image gets "washed out" when using the VGA cable. However, this is not really a big deal because most of the newer games (GRAW, Oblivion) have an in-game setting for brightness which you can turn down to eliminate the washed out look.
I highly recommend that you at least give the VGA cables a try. Depending on your TV, you may or may not like them. No big deal though because you can just return them. However, you may find that you really like them and will be glad that you tried them out! Check out my VGA vs Component pictures at http://spaces.msn.com/theshepherdsbag/photos/ and read about my detailed testing on my blog at http://spaces.msn.com/theshepherdsbag/blog/ and you can check out this xbox forum thread for further insights at http://forums.xbox.com/2885313/ShowPost.aspx
Lastly, I have the Samsung LNR238W and there is NO ghosting issues when using the VGA cable.

Xbox 360 - Broadcaster Headset Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)At first I wasn't going to purchase this product because it had bad customer reviews. There were only 2 reviews but they both gave this product a 1 out of 5. Reason being is because the headset stopped working after 1 day of use. I decided to take the chance anyways because it was a great price and it was the original style xbox 360 headset(talk and volume control on the plug in switch). I have been using my new headset now for about 3 weeks and it works great. Highly reccomended for those looking for the original style headset, great price, or even a headset just for replacing an old or broken one.

Chrome Skulls on Black WraptorSkinz Skin fits XBOX 360 & PS3 Guitar Hero III Les Paul Controller (GUITAR NOT INCLUDED) Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)In my opinion, a black backgrounded faceplate skin is the best to get for the Les Paul, since it blends it nice and sweet as if it's not even a decal at all. The decal is in very good quality, if you place it on the guitar crooked, then dont be afraid to peel it off and try again, it will not rip. The picture itself it pretty clear and vivid. I got like one or two very small air bubbles, unless a light is reflecting on it you wont see them. I would recommend this Guitar skin as well as any other decals since they are all the same quality.
PS: I saw a review on another Les Paul faceplate, and he said that he thought it was an actual case that wraps around it. NO, IT'S NOT! IT'S A STICKER! that is all. Thank you.

Xbox360 Fighting Stick EX 2 - Soul Calibur 4 Limited Edition Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)I bought this joystick so I could really enjoy the arcade feel of playing fighting games as well as the Xbox Live Arcade games I own. The description for the product isn't that great so I thought I would provide some more information on this product. The stick itself feels pretty responsive although it does make a clicking noise when it is pressed against the edges. I'm assuming that was done to let the player know they are successfully pulling off motions. I personally don't mind it, especially with the game volume on.
The joystick is indeed wired but it is very long so I don't see it being an issue for most people. Wireless would of been nice but I guess at least this way you have zero chance of losing a signal in a heated match (although I've never lost a signal with my normal 360 controller). The cord does have a release in case you tug too hard on it just like the older Xbox controllers. You connect the joystick via USB (flap by power button on console).
The joystick itself feels pretty sturdy and is responsive. It does not include any special features such as slow motion or turbo in case that's your thing(like the old school NES Advantage). The only reason that I have not given this joystick a full 5 rating is because the joystick is not compatible with a lot of non-fighting games. The stick is mapped to the directional pad and does not support Analog control. What this means is you can't use it for most other non-fighting games like Lost Odyssey that support movement with the analog stick. Not a big deal since I got this stick for fighting games only but I thought everyone should know.
I can't speak to it's long term durability at this time but will probably update this review in a month's time to indicate whether the stick becomes too loose or buttons become non responsive.
*Update: Well, I've been using this joystick for about a month now and it's still good as new. The stick is not loose and the buttons are still very responsive. Overall, a very nicely made joystick.

Xbox 360 ezPak Extreme Review

Average Reviews:

(More customer reviews)Being the type that travels A LOT, taking my xbox360 with me is no longer a burden. There is the perfect amount of room to fit the xbox, all the cables, two controllers, and several games. And the best part is, the xbox never has to leave the case. Due to a nifty little Velcro flap at the bottom, and slotted fabric on each side for ventilation, setting up is easy, and packing up is even easier.
An incredibly useful product, but obviously only if you need to transport your 360. I very much recommend it.
