(More customer reviews)I use the switch to toggle between a Dish receiver and a DVD player (inputs) to a home theater system (output). It worked well for a while, but then the cheap plastic construction resulted in intermittent failures. I took it apart and was surprised how simple it was. Anyway, I found that the output "socket" was no longer solidly fixed in its position so that it would not align consistently with its receiving "plug". I glued it in place with a bit of MarineTex epoxy and all has been well since.
