(More customer reviews)When I went to install the software on my computer my virus scanner (Norton) told me that it had a trojan2 virus on it. I tried to use it straight into the Xbox and it wanted to format my old hard drive for use, which would have erased about 100 gigs of data including all of my Rock Band songs. I would recommend only using the offical Xbox cable from Microsoft for this, which I thought this one was.
