(More customer reviews)This product was horrible. I ordered it and my nephew was so happy to finally open it. The color was perfect and loved looking at it. We started unscrewing all the screws and we finally put everything in place, once we were going to screw the case on, the screw holes were too small and were stripped. I have a lot of experience with detaching and reattaching the controller shells on 360 Controllers. Anyway, I put his original black Microsoft shell back on and it went on like a charm. I sent an email stating that I want my money back, and no answer, I am very disappointed and so is my nephew.
